Tangy Fruit Dip

My dear friend Maren gave me the recipe for some of the most delicious fruit dip I’ve ever tasted.

It goes great with berries, apples and citrus fruits.  It is easy to make and can be made in either full calorie or low-calorie.

  • 1 tub of Cool Whip (low-calorie/fat-free optional)
  • 6 ounces of vanilla yogurt (low-fat/fat-free optional)
  • pink lemonade Crystal Light powder

Combine Cool Whip and yogurt.  Mix in Crystal Light powder to taste, depending on how tangy you like it.  Chill for an hour before serving.  Serve with fruit of your choice.
